We process data to respond to enquiries, to prepare/perform pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), to ensure technical operation and to optimise our online offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Where necessary, we obtain your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), e.g. for statistics/marketing cookies.

4. Contact forms (2 forms on this website)

We use two contact forms on this website (main contact area and quick enquiry in the footer). The data entered there (name, e-mail, optionally phone, subject, message) is used exclusively to process your enquiry and is not passed on to third parties. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or our legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Data is deleted after completion of the request or upon expiry of statutory retention periods.

5. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We use IP anonymisation. Google uses cookies to analyse website usage. Information generated by the cookies is regularly transmitted to Google servers and stored there; transfers to the USA are possible. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). 6. Google Maps

We integrate Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) to display locations in a user-friendly manner. This may involve the transmission of IP addresses and usage data to Google; transfers to the USA are possible. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation) or your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), if obtained via the cookie banner.

7. Recipients / processors

Where we use service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics), data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place. Data is not disclosed to other third parties unless required by law.

8. Transfers to third countries

When using Google services, data may be transferred to third countries (in particular the USA). Such transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and additional safeguards.

9. Storage period

We process personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned or as long as statutory retention obligations exist. Contact enquiries are generally deleted after completion.
